Keane Finance Brokers are currently researching international finance for commercial lending. To date we have met lenders from the UK, France, Malaysia and the US. We have put a number of proposals to them and we are awaiting replies. Offers in Principle have been obtained for Hotel Finance in Ireland and also in Thailand. Offers in principle have been obtained for an large investment property in France. But we have to go through all of the due dilligence etc..
