Debt Restructuring

If you are currently having difficulty with your commercial debt you need professional advice. Kevin Keane of Keane Finance Brokers deals with the main commercial lenders. He recommends that you are upfront with your lenders you will get the best results.

“We deal with all levels of clients who are struggling with their debt. What we have seen over and over again is that banks work out better deals with people/businesses who are honest about their current or predicted problems”.

It may seem like an expensive option that you cannot afford, but it is more like an investment. If you carry out the steps required, you could potentially save a good deal of money.

A careful business plan with a repayment schedule marked out is essential and gives the bank more confidence in dealing with the borrower. However, it needs to be prepared in a format that is acceptable to banks. Keane Finance Brokers are familiar with what is the required format.

“We are constantly in touch with Banks and we are aware of what repayment plans they are happy with. Debt restructuring is something that they appreciate as it reduces the difficulties that they will face with the Banks in the future.

“All banks are happy to accept a debt restructuring plan as it gives them an outline of what their client can do for them in the coming months. It will also give the client a more beneficial hearing as they are showing that they are meeting any problems they have head on.

“The ostrich effect is something we disagree with strongly. Whether the client uses a professional or not they need to deal with their bank and their problems. The banks will give no leniency to anyone avoiding them. It is better to meet them or take their calls as this will give you a better hearing in the long term” says Keane

  3. Credit cards for bad credit generally fall into two categories. The first is a credit card that has a maximum limit to the amount you can charge. The second of the credit cards for bad credit is the secured credit card. These credit cards involve the consumer making a small deposit onto the credit card in order to use it. Some cards will increase your spending limit if good spending practices occur while others you can simply only spend what you put onto the card. Either way it is a great way to be responsible with your money and start rebuilding your credit.

  7. eventhough I consume nearly all of my time on the web actively playing video games like myspace poker or mafia wars, I always like to utilize some time to look through a number of blogs on occasion and I am comfortable to report this most recent blog post is genuinely reasonably effective and drastically more desirable than half the other poor quality stuff I read today , at any rate i’m going to play a smattering of hands of zynga poker
