Kevin Keane

Kevin is no stranger to success as a business person.

After leaving a successful career in commercial lending with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited, Kevin went on to set up his own commercial finance brokerage. After 6 years in the Bank he saw opportunities to help individuals and companies to make better use of their money in lending practice. These opportunities were not made aware to his banking clients and he saw an opportunity in this.

Since starting in 2006 Keane Finance Brokers has developed into a business which looks after all aspects of a person’s finances. However, there is a particularly large emphasis on commercial finance and commercial property, where advice and guidance is given on property finance.

Coming from a business background, Kevin has experienced all aspects of business and has used this experience in his career to date. He has worked with trading businesses and property businesses from deals up to €23 million.

Recently Kevin has identified many areas in property which could be of benefit to investors. From finding properties for individuals at knockdown value to managing properties, ranging from insurance to leases and dealing with the banks.

Kevin has been in commercial finance for 10 years and has a large deal of experience dealing with banks and all professionals involved in commercial. He brings contacts and skills which are of benefit to everyone involved in commercial finance.
